Available methods, lead time, insurance and import terms are confirmed in the quotation. Custom-made products ship only after final quality inspection. Duties and taxes depend on the destination and quoted Incoterm.

Inspect on arrival

Check the outer packaging before signing. Photograph any visible damage, retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours. Do not install a visibly damaged component.

Returns

Contact CMCBRAKE before returning any item. Unused standard products may be eligible for return after approval. Custom-manufactured, installed, modified or contaminated brake parts normally cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

Before installation

Compare part numbers and dimensions with the removed component. Installation is acceptance of fitment. Safety-critical work must be completed by a qualified technician.
