Complimentary worldwide shipping

CMCBRAKE provides free international express shipping on every product order. We select DHL, UPS or FedEx according to the destination, service availability and shipment requirements. Custom-made products ship only after final quality inspection.

Import duties and taxes

Free shipping covers the carrier charge. Import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges and local taxes are not included unless an order confirmation expressly states otherwise. These charges remain the customer's responsibility.

Inspect on arrival

Check the outer packaging before signing. Photograph any visible damage, retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours. Do not install a visibly damaged component.

Returns

Contact CMCBRAKE before returning any item. Unused standard products may be eligible for return after approval. Custom-manufactured, installed, modified or contaminated brake parts normally cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

Before installation

Compare part numbers and dimensions with the removed component. Installation is acceptance of fitment. Safety-critical work must be completed by a qualified technician.
