This website provides general product and application information. Vehicle listings are reference information and do not guarantee fitment, availability or performance. Product images may be illustrative. A written CMCBRAKE quotation or order confirmation controls if it differs from website content.

Quotations and orders

Submitting an enquiry does not create an order. Price, currency, quantity, specification, lead time, shipping terms, taxes, duties, payment terms and quotation validity will be stated in writing. An order is accepted only when CMCBRAKE issues written confirmation and any required payment is received.

Fitment responsibility

Brake components are safety-critical. The customer must provide accurate vehicle, VIN, axle, brake-option and dimension information. Final compatibility must be confirmed before manufacture or installation. Parts must be inspected and installed by a qualified professional in accordance with applicable vehicle and component instructions.

Custom products and changes

Custom or application-specific production may begin after written approval. Once production has started, cancellation, specification changes or returns may not be possible. Any approved change may affect price and lead time.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, risk transfer, inspection, returns and warranty are governed by the applicable quotation, invoice and written sales terms. Additional guidance is available on our Shipping & Returns and Warranty pages.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or reproduce CMCBRAKE text, images, branding or technical material for commercial use without written permission.
