Coverage

CMCBRAKE warrants supplied products against verified manufacturing and material defects for the period stated in the final quotation or invoice. The applicable written sales terms take precedence.

Not covered

Normal friction wear, track consumption, incorrect bedding, improper installation, incompatible pads, impact, overheating outside the specified operating range, corrosion from chemicals, vehicle modification and use in an unverified application are excluded.

Making a claim

Stop using the component and send the order reference, vehicle details, mileage, installation record, pad specification and clear photographs. Do not machine, dismantle or discard the product before receiving instructions.

Safety notice

Braking components must be inspected and installed by qualified professionals. Replace axle pairs where required and follow the vehicle manufacturer's torque, bedding and maintenance procedures.
